Thank you for choosing Sheep Village. Your booking has been successfully processed. Please take note of the following payment and accommodation details.

To secure your stay, please complete a deposit of **more than 30%** (rounded up to the nearest hundred) within **two days**, and fill out the payment confirmation form below. If we do not receive the payment within the deadline, the room will be released without further notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Chinese New Year Booking Reminder: For reservations between Chinese New Year Holiday, **full payment** is required to confirm the booking.

Accommodation Reminders

To support environmental protection, we do not provide personal toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, razor, comb, etc.). Please bring your own.

By completing payment, you agree to the following check-in rules. Thank you for your cooperation:

  • Check-in time: after 15:00 | Check-out time: before 10:00. If arriving late, please notify us by phone in advance.
  • No-show on the day will be considered cancellation; deposit is non-refundable.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of NT$10,000. If it affects the next day’s room condition, an additional night’s fee will be charged.
  • Cooking or using cooking appliances in guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage or excessive dirt to facilities will be charged based on the situation.
  • One bed comes with one comforter only: double room (1 bed + 1 comforter), quadruple room (2 beds + 2 comforters), six-person room (3 beds + 3 comforters).
  • Please turn off lights and appliances when leaving the room to save energy.
  • After 22:00, please keep noise levels low to maintain a peaceful environment.
  • Prohibited items/activities include dangerous objects, drugs, gambling, prostitution, etc. Violations will be reported to the police.
  • If a guest has an infectious disease, please inform staff proactively.
  • Public area lights are turned off at 22:00.
  • Valuables should be carried with you and properly stored. We are not responsible for loss.
  • Please stay according to the booked room capacity. Any additional guests must be informed in advance.
  • Certain room types allow pets on weekdays; please confirm with reception beforehand.
  • Moths, stink bugs, beetles, and other insects are common in the mountain environment. If you are sensitive to them, please consider this before booking.

Extra Person & Extra Bed Policy

  • Children 6 years old or under 110 cm: Free of charge.
  • Over 6 years old or 110 cm:
    • No extra bed: NT$800 per night (summer vacation NT$1,000 / Chinese New Year NT$1,200)
    • With extra bed: NT$1,000 per night (summer vacation NT$1,200 / Chinese New Year NT$1,500)
  • Extra bed includes mattress, comforter, pillow, and cleaning fee.
  • Extra comforter: NT$200 per piece for laundry fee.

Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • One rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 7 days in advance. Special cases will be handled according to homestay policy. No refunds after rescheduling.
  • For same-day cancellation, please notify us by phone. Refunds follow the rules below:

Deposit Refund Terms (calculated per room per night):

  • Cancellation 8+ days before check-in: full refund minus NT$200 bank transfer fee per night.
  • Cancellation within 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of deposit.
  • Cancellation within 3 days before check-in: 30% refund of deposit.
  • Cancellation on check-in day: no refund.
* Refund terms are calculated per room per night.
* Mountain weather is unpredictable!! Please think carefully before booking. Cancellations due to rain are considered personal reasons.
* During holidays, rescheduling is only accepted 15 days in advance. Special cases follow homestay rules; no cancellation or refund is allowed after date change.
* For bookings of 3+ rooms, additional rules apply.
* For refunds, please join our official LINE@ (@830errwp) and provide refund details: booking date / name / bank name / account number / amount, etc.
* In case of typhoon, earthquake, or other natural disasters causing traffic interruption, and if the local county government or the traveler’s city issues a stop-work/school announcement, the deposit can be refunded or retained for 3 months for rescheduling.
