Why Choose to Book the Entire Yangjiao Village? (Our Advantages)

The Entire Villa Is Truly Yours Alone
From the moment you check in, the entire village belongs exclusively to your group of travelers.
The lobby lights, the teapot in the kitchen, and the breeze in the corridors—they all shine, turn, and blow just for you.

No Need to Gather a Large Group—Six Guests Can Have the Whole Village
We offer whole-villa booking starting from six guests. Here, you’ll find just the right spacing, fresh air, and tranquility.
You don’t need to fill every room; as long as six people want to come up the mountain together, it’s enough.

Our Views Are Truly Stunning
Yangjiao Village is located halfway up Qingjing Mountain—it’s not crowded by tourist traps, yet it’s close to breathtaking scenery.
We have an observation deck where you can see the entire Central Mountain Range unfold before your eyes.
Layer upon layer of mountains, clouds, and mist sometimes drift silently above the rooftops.
Sunlight streams into the house along the slopes, and in the evening, mist rises from the garden, making the entire village feel serene and soft.

The Common Areas Are Truly Usable and Comfortable
The lobby, corridors, balcony, kitchen, and garden are all open for your use.
You can cook, chat, bask in the sun, sit quietly, or just daydream—these spaces are reserved for you without the need for extra reservations or charges.

We’ll Be Here, but Remain Quietly in the Background
In the morning, the housekeeper will be at the front desk to assist, and in the evening, they’ll stay upstairs—never imposing.
But if you need anything, just reach out to us, and we’ll be there.

How Are the Rooms Allocated? We’ll Handle That for You
We will flexibly and evenly arrange comfortable double rooms and cozy quadruple rooms based on the actual number of guests.
As a general rule, each bed accommodates two people. If you prefer one bed per person, please calculate the headcount as “two-person share per person” (see FAQ for details).

There Is No Breakfast, KTV, or Board Games Here—But There Is Freedom
We do not provide breakfast so that you can freely plan your own mornings.
We also don’t provide entertainment facilities because we believe that nature, sunlight, fresh air, and whatever you bring are more than enough.
Special Reminder: We recommend preparing all your meals and ingredients in advance, as delivery services cannot reach up the mountain!
For dinner, there’s a partner restaurant that delivers (but if your group is small, we recommend dining there in person).

No Cleaning Fee, but a Deposit Is Required
At check-in, we collect a NT$5,000 deposit.
As long as the kitchen, lobby, and common areas are kept clean and items returned to their places upon checkout, we will fully refund the deposit.
We believe you will treat this place as you would your own home.

  5. Bed Sharing Policy:
    – One bed is generally for two guests.
    – If someone in your group wants one person per bed, please count that person as “two guests” when calculating fees (see FAQ for details).

  6. Quiet Hours:
    – Between 22:00 and 08:00 (the next morning), please move activities indoors and lower noise levels.
    – Mountain acoustics carry sound, which can disturb nearby campsites and other accommodations.
    – If you bring speakers or karaoke equipment, please turn them off by 21:30.

  7. No Smoking (including e-cigarettes) Indoors:
    – Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area on the first floor (not on balconies or near windows/doors).
    – Please bring your own ashtray, fully extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

    – If you plan to bring pets, you must notify us of their breed and number in advance to confirm whether we can accommodate them. (Some room types or dates may prohibit pets or require additional rules/fees.)
    – If pets are brought without prior approval, we reserve the right to refuse check-in and retain the deposit.

  9. Deposit:
    – A deposit of $5,000 will be collected at check-in.
    – If, upon checkout, the kitchen, lobby, and other common areas are clean and all items remain intact, and garbage is sorted correctly, the deposit will be fully refunded.
    – Any issues—such as excessive mess or damaged/missing items—may result in deductions from the deposit, as deemed appropriate.

  10. Housekeeper Presence:
    – The housekeeper lives upstairs. During the day, they will assist with check-in and handle any emergencies. In the evening, they remain out of sight to respect your privacy.
    – If you need anything, feel free to contact the housekeeper at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Is Yangjiao Village suitable for parties or noisy gatherings? Can we sing or use karaoke equipment?
A: Yangjiao Village caters to travelers who enjoy quiet moments in nature and quality time with friends and family. We do not proactively provide entertainment facilities. If you bring your own karaoke or audio equipment, please turn it off by 21:30 to avoid disturbing others. If you require a louder, more boisterous atmosphere, Yangjiao Village may not be the best fit.

Q: Does the whole-villa package include breakfast?
A: No, breakfast is not included, so you have flexibility in planning your mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Please note that it is difficult to buy groceries on the mountain and no delivery services are available—be sure to prepare and bring all necessary food and ingredients in advance.

Q: If someone in our group wants to sleep alone on a bed, how is the headcount and fee calculated?
A: That’s possible. Our policy counts one bed as shared by two guests. If a guest wishes to occupy a bed alone (e.g., a double bed for one person), that guest is counted as “two guests” for pricing purposes. For example: if you have 10 guests and two of them each want their own bed, the calculation could be:

  • 8 guests sharing beds → 8 ÷ 2 = 4 rooms’ worth of standard pricing

  • 2 guests occupying one bed each → each counts as “two people” for pricing (i.e., 2 × additional-guest rate)
We will arrange rooms and beds based on your final confirmed “billing headcount.” Please let us know your needs when booking, and we’ll help you calculate the optimal arrangement.

Q: Will the housekeeper be around all the time? Will that feel intrusive?
A: Rest assured, while the housekeeper lives upstairs and handles village matters during the day, they will never proactively disturb you. They only appear if you request assistance.

Q: Can we bring pets to stay?
A: We understand that pets are family members too. If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us of its breed, size, and number before booking. We will evaluate the room availability and other guests’ needs, then let you know if and under what conditions we can accommodate your pet (this may include additional cleaning fees or deposit adjustments). We reserve the right to refuse pets without prior approval.

Q: How are children charged?
A: The “additional guest” rate applies to all guests who occupy beds. If you have infants or toddlers (e.g., under a certain age) who do not occupy a bed, or if there are special circumstances, please mention this when booking. We will discuss and clarify the arrangement with you.
